Quality and Accreditation Officer

We are looking for a conscientious applicant to fill the role of Quality and Accreditation Officer.  This position is responsible for;

• Leading and facilitating Audit and Accreditations required by the organisation;
• Support the Senior Management team in change management, facilitation of strategic priorities and operational objectives;
• Contribute to building service design capability across the organisation through training, mentoring, and resource development.
• Ensure the application of inclusive, ethical, and culturally safe design practices.
• Collect and collate qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, pain points, and experiences, including audit.
• Delivers quality services to the organisation in the most efficient and effective manner possible whilst promoting the Organisation's brand, and financial sustainability.
