Site Coordinator Number 34 Aboriginal Health Service – Fixed Term

Join a team making a real difference in Aboriginal health and wellbeing.

Rural Health Tasmania is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Aboriginal Health Services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community health, values culturally safe practice, and enjoys coordinating and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

As the Site Coordinator, you will provide operational coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of services, support staff across the site, build strong community and stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. You will play an important role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring services are responsive to the needs of Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities.

Full time Cancer Connector Support Worker x 2

Exciting opportunity to work in a fulfilling Aboriginal Community support role.

The Cancer Connectors will provide navigation and advocacy services, including coordinating appointments, assisting with transport, liaising with health services, to deliver culturally safe education to clients and community to ensure care is accessible, family-inclusive, and aligned with patients’ cultural needs.

Two positions available, one based in Queenstown and another based in Ulverstone.

  • Full time roles,
